By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AMRRAV HRMS mobile application or web application, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Employee accounts are created and managed by the employer or authorized HR administrators. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

If your organization enables Face Attendance, GPS Attendance, or Geo-Fencing Attendance, you agree to use these features solely for legitimate attendance purposes.

Employees must not attempt to manipulate attendance records using false identity, spoofing, VPN, fake GPS applications, or unauthorized methods.

Location access is requested only when attendance is marked through GPS or Geo-Fencing features enabled by the employer.

All software, source code, graphics, trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and documentation related to AMRRAV HRMS remain the exclusive intellectual property of AMRRAV SOFTECH PVT LTD.
