By accessing or using AMRRAV HRMS, you confirm that you are an authorized employee, employer, administrator, or user permitted by your organization.
AMRRAV HRMS is designed exclusively for business, corporate, educational institutions, government organizations, factories, offices, and enterprise workforce management.
The application is not intended for personal attendance tracking or use by children.
Employee accounts are created and managed by the employer or authorized HR administrators. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
If your organization enables Face Attendance, GPS Attendance, or Geo-Fencing Attendance, you agree to use these features solely for legitimate attendance purposes.
Employees must not attempt to manipulate attendance records using false identity, spoofing, VPN, fake GPS applications, or unauthorized methods.
Location access is requested only when attendance is marked through GPS or Geo-Fencing features enabled by the employer.
Camera permission is used only for:
Camera access is never used for surveillance or unrelated purposes.
Payroll information, attendance records, leave balances, employee profiles, and HR records displayed in the application belong to the respective employer organization.
Users shall not misuse, copy, or distribute confidential company information.
All software, source code, graphics, trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and documentation related to AMRRAV HRMS remain the exclusive intellectual property of AMRRAV SOFTECH PVT LTD.
User information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Appropriate security measures are implemented to protect organizational data.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however, maintenance, upgrades, network failures, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
AMRRAV SOFTECH PVT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, except where required by applicable law.
Employer organizations or AMRRAV SOFTECH PVT LTD may suspend or terminate access in cases of policy violations, misuse, security risks, or contractual termination.
The application may receive updates, security patches, bug fixes, and feature enhancements without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where AMRRAV SOFTECH PVT LTD operates.
